Venue Overview
It is a beautiful walk on the banks of the old riverbed of the Guadalquivir. It was built in 1905; his name recalls that from here the ships sailed off course to the United States.
The walk is located on the "Paseo de las Delicias" and accompanies him to about 700 meters in length. The traces of the original tracks on which the carts cleared the goods coming from the United States are still visible. When the Duke of Montpensier still resided in the San Telmo Palace, there existed a tunnel on this Paseo that connected the San Telmo Palace with the dock to allow the Duke to sail more conveniently towards Sanlúcar de Barrameda. There he also owned a palace.
The "Muelle de Nueva York" has been reclaimed after several decades for the enjoyment of citizens and visitors of the city. It is now a large garden where you can stroll or visit the various bars and terraces, with flowerbeds, a pergola and two walkways overlooking the river.

The "Muelle de Nueva York" is not just a garden and a walkway; He also wants to become a cultural and social meeting place for the city.
To this end, at the end of Remedios Bridge, there is an open space where events can be organized for a large audience, such as presentations, exhibitions or cocktails; all in an extraordinary and unique place like this renovated riverside promenade.
It can accommodate up to 500 guests, and counts with various public parking spaces in its vicinity. The heart of this square is also accessible to visitors with disabilities.
