One of the most beautiful houses of Seville

The House of Salinas family was constructed in a context where Renaissance, Gothic and Mudejar styles were combined in an unique and harmonious way. This house is located in the old town of Seville very near to the Cathedral, the Giralda tower and the Royal Alcazar. There were other mansions of distinguished and wealthy people in the neighbourhood, where this house was located. Baltasar Jaén, first owner of the house y founder of his own entailed estate, belongs to one of this lineages. The Salinas family own this building since the beginning of the 20th century and it underwent a careful process of restoration to recover its original appearance, which had been partly changed due to interventions accomplished to the house throughout its four hundred years of history, especially towards 1900. In this building you can currently see the appearance it had in the 16th century with elements which were common to the time of its construction, that have been aesthetically harmonized as it is reflected in its comfortable and warm interiors.

An unique and harmonious combination of styles.
