The rivalry between Sevilla and Betis is considered one of the biggest rivalries in the world of football. A healthy rivalry, often taken to humorous extremes by fans with inexhaustible arguments and comebacks, as often happens in those families where fans of the two different teams are forced to live together.
Nervión is the neighbourhood home to Sevilla FC stadium: Sánchez Pizjuán; and Heliópolis is where Real Betis play, in the Benito Billamarín stadium. Game days are a party in these two neighbourhoods, an experience you shouldn’t miss. Choose your colours, the Betis’ green and white or Seville’s red and white, and enjoy a magnificent day of football.
This rivalry is such a part of the city that, coincidence or not, green and red are the colours of the April Fair, or also the traditional Flemish chairs... Good measure of the passionate fervour of this rivalry, even off the field.

There are many clubs for each team that put all their passion into the social fabric of the neighbourhoods. The clubs (peñas) are meeting places where you watch the team matches, but they can also be establishments where you can taste good homemade cuisine, and associations that promote activities, sporting or not, that benefit the environment.
